This is a flat rate fee for the use of our funds to facilitate the purchase of a property and then immediate sale to an end buyer.
✪ Entity borrowers only on both the A-2-B & B-2-C. The end buyer cannot purchase the property to live in. The End buyer can have no relation to the wholesaler or any interest in the wholesaler’s company or any 3rd party company dealing with the transaction.

✪ 48 hours *If the transaction does not happen within the 1st 48 hours, then the Client must deposit into escrow an additional 1.5% or $1,500, whichever is more for a 24 hour extension. If the end of the 24 hour extension lands on a weekend, then on that preceding Friday, a 48 hour day extension will be required (3%) if the transactional funding is not consummated. No more than 3 extensions allowed
